Since 1944, the Museum of Boulder has been dedicated to preserving Boulder’s story. The Museum’s founder, A.A. Paddock, publisher of the Daily Camera, began soliciting donations of photographs, documents and objects from community members as early as the 1920s. The Museum, as it’s known today, was formally established in 1944 as the Boulder Historical Society.
