Bonnie Doty Carrere 95, passed away on January 17, 2025. Bonnie was born on September 28 1929 in Tampa, Kansas to Harry Klien and Hulda Koch. She moved to Woodland in 1947.<br><br>She married her first husband James Doty in 1949. They had two sons Jim Jr and Jack Doty. They were married for 33 years before James passed in 1983. She married George "Frenchy" Carrere in 1985 and they were married for 34 years before George passed in 2020. Bonnie was the manager at the YOLO Credit Union for close to twenty years and enjoyed playing golf, card games with her many friends, gardening and time taking care of the family home. After her marriage to George they enjoyed traveling to many different places near and far while enjoying their retirement years along with welcoming their extended family and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren into their shared family home. She is survived by her son Jack, Granddaughters Morgan Reed( Jordan) Dorian Dellas(Tim), Great granddaughter Lucy Reed and sister Judy Wilson. Step-children Terri Eveland, Mike Carrere(Sherri), Beth Carrere, Lori Barry(Regan), Karen Sutherland(Steve) and Kevin Carrere along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by father Harry Klien, mother Hulda Brunner and step-father Sam Brunner. Son Jim Doty Jr., Step-son Tim Carrere, brother Wayne Klien, sister Delores Shramek and son-in-law Bob Eveland .Gravesite services will be held on February 10 at Monument Hill Memorial Park at 11:00am. followed by a small reception for family and close friends at the family home.<div></div><br>
