Luke Joyce fanned eight over six innings, allowing two earned runs and going 2-for-3 with two RBI at the plate as Braintree (7-2) bested Framingham 9-2 in the Bay State Conference. Sean Canavan tallied three hits and an RBI, and Mike Ryan drove in a run for the Wamps. … Zahgros Tanner struck out nine over six innings and gave up six hits and one earned run, while Leandro Perez (run, RBI, walk) and Drew Boucher (double, two RBI) had two hits each as Newton North defeated Needham, 4-2. … Sophomores Niko Rabiner and Kyu Miller combined for six strikeouts and six hits allowed over seven innings, while Eli Hoffman went 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs as Brookline edged Weymouth, 6-5.
Caiden Carriulo went 3-for-4, drove in two runs, scored twice and stole two bases, while Ryan Tullish (four and a third innings, six strikeouts, one run, walk) earned the win in relief as Middleboro beat Carver 11-5 in South Shore League action.

Sean Kilcoyne homered and tripled for North Andover during a 7-0 Merrimack Valley Conference victory over Central Catholic.
In the Commonwealth Athletic Conference, Will Trach earned his fifth win of the season by tossing a complete game shut-out as Shawsheen (10-0) remained undefeated with a 10-0 (6 inn) win over Greater Lowell. … Ollie Lorrenz pitched six innings, striking out eight and allowing one hit and one walk, while Sam Ravela scored three times and Soup Campbell drove in three runs as Minuteman defeated Lynn Tech, 8-0.
David McNaught doubled and Caine Allen hit a two-run single as Whitman-Hanson (7-2) defeated North Quincy 7-5 in Patriot League play. Allen struck out five and surrendered one hit over three and two-thirds innings of relief for the Panthers.
Brayan Jose hit an RBI double to plate Aidan Brett for the deciding run, and Billy Gavin got out of a bases-loaded, one-out jam in the bottom of the seventh as Malden (11-1) held on to defeat Everett 3-2 in the Greater Boston League. … Alex Gazzola hit a bases-clearing triple as Medford (5-4) defeated Lynn English, 8-6.
Bradley McCafferty (three hits) and Alex Fernandes homered, while Chase Edgar allowed one run over four and two-thirds innings as Austin Prep defeated Dexter Southfield 3-1 in NEPSAC action.

BOYS LACROSSE
Peyton Volz buried five goals and added an assist, while Lucas Bailey registered his first career goal as Southeastern coasted to a 10-2 romp of Mayflower Athletic Conference opponent Old Colony.

In the Cape Ann League, Maisie Leland (four goals), Evie Bernard (three goals) and Avery Nistl (three goals) each had banner days on the attack as Hamilton-Wenham (5-2) rolled to a 19-2 victory over Georgetown.
Sara MacLeod struck for four goals, while Giovanna Gulinello and Kendra Marino registered two goals each as Billerica (5-6) defeated Winchester 12-8 in a nonleague matchup. … Senior Olivia Thibert (four goals) sniped the go-ahead tally with 5:06 left in regulation, and sophomore Phoebe Braga recorded 13 saves in the cage to lead Dighton-Rehoboth (7-4) during a thrilling 11-9 win over Bridgewater-Raynham.

Delaney Moquin struck out 11 and surrendered three hits in the circle while hitting a home run at the plate as Silver Lake pulled away with a seven-run fifth inning en route to a 13-1 Patriot League win over Plymouth South. In the Hockomock League, Katie Berg blasted three home runs, driving in eight and scoring five times as Oliver Ames routed Sharon 21-4 in five innings. Devon Morris went 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs, while Taylor Marino (1-for-4, RBI) struck out four and allowed five hits for the Tigers.
Olivia DiSessa went 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs as St. Mary’s (Lynn) (4-4) topped Gloucester 11-7 in a nonleague contest. … Tessa Francis struck out 16 hitters in the circle, while going 2-for-4 at the plate with two RBI as Marblehead defeated Latin Academy 8-1.
Kristin Deschenes went 3-for-3 with an RBI and three runs, while Kiley Hogan went 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs as Tygsboro defeated Quabbin 13-3 in the Midland-Wachusett League Division C.
Sharlotte Stazinski was dominant in the circle, striking out 17 over a complete-game one-hitter as Walpole took down Wellesley 7-0 in Bay State Conference action. Abby Riley finished 2-for-3 with two walks, three steals and a run, while Grace Todd and Adrianna Torres collected two hits each for the Timberwolves.
Edy LaTour struck out eight and allowed three hits while scattering three walks over a complete- game shutout, and Emma Horrocks went 2-for-3 with an RBI and Cam Cloonan (RBI, run, walk) got her 100th career hit as Dighton-Rehoboth (7-1) beat Greater New Bedford 4-0 in the South Coast Conference.
Avery Simpson had four hits (two doubles, triple), while Hannah Riemszyk struck out four and gave up two hits over five innings as Woburn (8-3) upended Wilmington 13-3 in the Middlesex League. Riley Trask and Mia Helein notched two hits and two RBI apiece for the Tanners.
Kenley Thomas doubled, tripled, and drove in six runs as part of a four-hit night for Upper Cape in a 25-10 Mayflower Athletic Conference win over Bristol Aggie.
Nevaeh Eth went 2-for-3 with a double, sacrifice fly, walk and five RBI, and Brooke Braswell went 3-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a run as Lynn Classical downed Revere 11-7 in the Greater Boston League.
Ava Giardina’s two-run double in the sixth inning gave Arlington Catholic the lead for good in an 8-7 Catholic Central League win over Bishop Fenwick. Riley Rose, Annie Driscoll and Ciara Epps had three hits each for the Cougars.

In the Greater Boston League, Kenzel Lantano reached his 1,000th career assist (32 assists) and added five digs and two blocks as Lynn Classical defeated Revere 3-0.
