Passed away surrounded by family on January 4, 2025. Preceded by his wife, Margaret; son, Gregory; grandson, Timmy; brothers, Bob and Bill. Survived by daughters, Shelly (Patrick) O’Leary, Laurie (Bob) Kjelden, and Renee (Tom) Kirk; grandchildren Chad, Tiffany, Tony, Erin, Melissa, Dan and Amanda; 18 great grandchildren; sister, Rosemary.<br><br>He loved his grandchildren and cherished his time at the cabin fishing with them. George was an avid fisherman, and a hockey hall of fame coach. Funeral Service 11AM, Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Klecatsky and Sons Funeral Home, 1580 Century Pt. in Eagan.
