Of Madison Heights and formerly of Livonia, passed away on his 86th birthday on November 17, 2024. He was born November 17, 1938. He is survived by his siblings, Marlene (Lawrence) Galka, Judith (the late Roy) DeRoche, and Richard (Micky Mack) Kurzawa; 7 nephews and nieces, 7 great nephews and great nieces, and 1 great great nephew. Visitation Sunday 3-7 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. at the Wasik Funeral Home, Inc., 11470 E. 13 Mile Rd. (west of Hoover) Warren. Instate Monday 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Mass 11 a.m. at St. Margaret of Scotland Church, 21201 E. 13 Mile Rd. (between Little Mack and Harper) St. Clair Shores. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Fr. Kurzawa may be addressed to Senior Clergy Village of Livonia or The Capuchin Soup Kitchen in Detroit.
