Carlson, Richard D. Carlson and David A Carlson all of West Roxbury. Dear daughter of the late Constance F. Holmes and Clifford J. Holmes. Dear sister of Clifford J.Holmes, Jr. of Sandusky, OH, the late Scott M. Holmes, Sharon L. Lupichuk and her husband Peter, the late Mary Catherine Holmes and Connie Holmes and her wife Tina of Dorchester. Karen is survived by many nieces and nephews.
