Alex Hamblet and Dante Stallone made crucial 3-pointers down the stretch as the Archie Williams High boys basketball team rallied for a 63-57 victory against Heritage at the Bambauer Classic at Marin Catholic in Kentfield on Thursday.

Hamblet had 11 points and seven rebounds and Stallone added 12 points and three assists as the Peregrine Falcons (6-3) won their fifth consecutive game.

James Butler, who transferred from The Branson School, made his season debut for Archie Williams with 15 points, four assists, and four rebounds.

The Peregrine Falcons advance to the quarterfinals and face Urban at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Urban defeated Montgomery 48-40 in the second game of the tournament.

Gavin Early scored 21 points for San Domenico but Serra walked off with a 54-51 win after hitting a 3-pointer at the buzzer at the Bambauer on Thursday. The Panthers (7-3) trailed by 11 after the first quarter but battled their way back into the game from there. Irakli Jokhadze scored 16 for the Panthers, who face Lincoln at 2 p.m. on Friday.

San Marin won its first game at the Bambauer, securing a 72-63 victory against Lincoln on Thursday. JD Rhodes had team-highs of 16 points and seven assists. Grant Means added 15 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Rio Seiler (13), Miller Morgan (13), and Zack Farbstein (12) also scored in double figures for San Marin. The Mustangs (5-3) advance to face Serra at 5 p.m. Friday.
