From the Times-Call photo archive via Longmont Museum: “Migrant students attending the summer school program in Longmont received a treat Tuesday. Almost 100 children attended a free show sponsored by the Longmont Ideal Markets and the Trojan Theatre. Managers of the stores, from left, Robert Landolt, Ralph Lyda and Tom Shepard, greet the youngsters as they enter the theater. The free show was the contribution of the two businesses to the summer program for children.” Originally published June 30, 1971.
