Rogue River, Oregon
Lydia Clarke passed away recently in Rogue River, Oregon at the age of 94.
She was born in Santa Cruz to Guilio and Annita Borelli, and attended Santa Cruz High School.
Lydia lived in Hawaii, Fresno, CA, and Quincy, IL, but lived most of her life in Santa Cruz and Aptos. She worked several years at Bay Federal Credit Union.
She was very creative: needlepoint, knitting, tile projects.
She loved being around friends, shopping, going out for dinner, playing cards, and having fun.
She attended Resurrection Catholic Church and Holy Cross Church. She was a member of the Elks Club in Quincy, IL.
Lydia is survived by her son, Mike Clarke and daughter-in-law, Corry Clarke, nephews George and Pete Pappas and niece, Paula Panelli and their spouses and children; and also by several beloved members of the Clarke clan, who reside in Illinois and North Carolina.
She is preceded in death by her husband Arthur L. Clarke and her sister, Josephine Pista.
Funeral services will be held at Benito &Azzaro Pacific Gardens Gardens Chapel at 1:00p.m. February 1, 2025.
