Judy Rude of St. Paul passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025.<br><br>She was a strong, independent woman who devoted her life to raising her children and was a long time employee at Target. Judy found joy in the simple pleasures of life—she was an avid reader, a puzzle enthusiast, a skilled card player, and a dedicated gardener. She also had a deep love for animals and was a safe haven for countless cats over the years. Known for her sinister wit, she had a sharp sense of humor that could both amuse and disarm, leaving a lasting impression on those who knew her.<br><br>Her strength, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will be remembered always.<br><br>She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dale; her sisters, Frankie and Mary; her brother, Johnny; and her daughter-in-law, Cheryl. Judy is survived by her sister, Peggy; her children: Mike (Donna), Pat (Dawn), Joe, Kathie (Kimon) and Sean (Amy); as well as her grandchildren and great-grand children.<br><br>A service to honor Judy’s life will be held on March 7, 2025, at St. Andrew’s Church, 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi. Visitation at 10:00am with service at 11:00am, luncheon to follow.<br><div><br></div>
