Wineglasses will be full and flower petals will be dropping from the sky Saturday during the annual celebration of the popular pink wine known as rosé.

The fifth annual Rosé Day Los Angeles returns to King Gillette Ranch in Calabasas, where approximately 4,000 people are expected to attend the soirée centered on sipping a variety of rosés, Champagne, spirits, cocktails, mocktails and more.

Besides the drinks, there’s going to be a lot of daredevil action with a skydiving performance by the Red Bull Air Force, and a Formula One car installation.

Because it’s advised to eat while you imbibe, the celebration will include a fancy food court curated by Michelin-star chef Marc Forgione, so expect things like oysters, lobster and caviar, as well as dishes from Chicas Tacos, Campo Grande and Botticelli Foods. There will also be performances by artists including Kid Francescoli, Mojave Grey, DJ Ruckus, DJ Pookie and surprise acts.

And yes, there will actually be flowers falling from the sky during the event’s signature helicopter petal drop.
