Age 87, a resident of rural Spooner and formerly of St. Paul, died on Thursday, September 19, 2024, in Duluth, MN. Kenneth was born on May 2, 1937, in St. Paul, to parents George and Adella (Dutry) Smart.<br><br>He was an avid hunter and fisherman throughout his life. He is survived by his daughters, Linda Smart, Barbara Flores-Castillo, and Kathy Scheid; five grandchildren; and seven greatgrandchildren.<br><br>He is preceded in death by his parents; former wife Patricia Smart; son Gerald Smart; and grandson Sam Smart.
