Wishing, hoping, praying that even half of the young people who are participating in the protests will take their anger to the place that matters — the POLLS in November.

President Trump is so over the COVID-19 that he is ready to start having his rallies again. Except that he is making all of his followers sign a release saying that he is not responsible if they get COVID-19 at his rally. So, it’s really imperative for him to have his rallies, but he really, really does not want to be responsible for his fans once they get sick. And they will.

We have a president that just admitting to ordering chemical weapons to be used on peaceful protesters.

The largest anti-fascist organization in history was the U.S. military in World War II. It destroyed the Nazis and other fascist governments that were terrorizing the world. America is a free country today because fascism lost the war. We must never forget.

We have this group of “concerned citizens” that show up at protests or demonstrations, fully armed with weapons of wars, in case they are needed to “help bring people down.” They are too chicken to join the military, but think they are intimidating people by just showing up.

Southern culture is important and needs a symbol to denote heritage.Unfortunately, the confederate flag is problematic because of its historic and current associations with slavery, racism and violence. I propose a replacement that highlights more positive aspects of southern culture. Someone needs to invent the biscuits and gravy flag.

What a joke. Let’s see NASCAR try to enforce its ban on Confederate flags, especially after Trump comes out with a couple of tweets ridiculing their decision, and you know he will. He’ll say something about “denying our history,” as if history has ever meant a thing to Trump.

Our markets tanked again, we are officially in a recession, coronavirus cases are soaring, and Trump is defending the confederacy. Please just resign already.

The Republican Party is an un-American institution. Their ingrained policies of voter suppression deny Americans their basic rights as citizens to vote. This is done in a self-serving way to maintain power and they choose self and party over the constitutional rights of everyone else.

Have you noticed that the racists, religious extremists, bigots,and white supremacists all align themselves with the Republican Party?

The NASCAR driver resigning over the organization’s decision to ban the Confederate flag is that upset over not being able to display the flag of traitors who began a devastating war against the United States that killed tens of thousands. But this patriot doesn’t believe in “kneeling” during the national anthem because it would be disrespectful to the flag. What can you say that would come anywhere close to describing this level of stupidity?
