Foreigner replaces its lead singer for 13 concerts

Rock band Foreigner announced that it will perform in Canada for a stretch of its farewell tour, but its lead singer, Kelly Hansen, is being replaced for those concerts, Billboard Canada reported.

The band has enlisted actor and singer Geordie Brown to perform. Hansen joined as the band’s vocalist in 2005.

Brown starred in the Foreigner musical “Jukebox Hero,” and is stepping in for the 13-date Canadian stretch of the tour, Yahoo News reported.
