


Roncelli, Inc., a construction service company which is headquartered in Sterling Heights, recently announced the expansion of its executive leadership team.
Jim Carnacchi was promoted to chief preconstruction officer from his position of vice-president of estimating. He is responsible for leading the company’s Preconstruction and Estimating Division, including management of the bidding process, awarding contracts to subcontractors and ensuring cost estimates for projects. Carnacchi is a graduate of Ferris State University with a degree in construction management. He has a Michigan Builders License and is US Green Building Council LEED and OSHA 30 certified.
Michael Cairns is officially being announced as chief financial officer after having previously assumed his new responsibilities in previous years. He is responsible for oversight of the company’s accounting department, financial operations and risk management. Cairns is a graduate of University of Detroit Mercy with a BBA degree in accountancy. He is a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs, past president and board member of CFMA-Detroit and past board member of Detroit Area Construction Association.
Paul Day, is now chief operating officer of Core Markets. Day supports project management and supervises team members with schedule management, quality of performance, cost control and project delivery. Another company veteran, Day earned an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and a graduate degree from Oakland University in engineering management.
Jereme Poxson has been named chief operating officer of Specialized Markets, formerly serving as vice-president of healthcare. In his new role, Poxson, who joined Roncelli in 1998 as an estimator, is now responsible for operation oversight and excellence, as well as driving strategic growth, across Roncelli’s specialized markets, including: healthcare, education, government and select regional sectors. Poxson, a Michigan native, graduated from Western Michigan University.
