Advertising tech firm plots office move by Union Station

The Trade Desk is trading offices in downtown Denver.

Public records show the advertising tech firm is planning an office on the entire eighth floor of 2001 16th St., in space previously leased to dialysis provider DaVita.

The Trade Desk and DaVita didn’t respond to requests for comment.

The Trade Desk’s Denver office is currently at 1595 Wynkoop St., on the east side of Union Station. Its new space, designed by San Francisco-based Interior Architects, will span 34,300 square feet, documents show.

The advertising firm is headquartered in Ventura, Calif., and has offices around the world, including one in Boulder.

The publicly traded company has over 3,500 employees and reported revenue of $2.4 billion in the 2024 fiscal year, up 26% from the previous year. Its stock closed Monday at $70.25 a share, down 40% on the year.

The Trade Desk is not the only company taking the former DaVita office space in the past few months. Accounting giant CliftonLarsonAllen recently relocated two of its metro offices to the building.
