Public intoxication / threaten officer: On Sept. 15 at around 7:34 p.m., officers were dispatched to a business regarding a physical fight between two males. Officers located one of the subjects involved near the intersection of W. Main Street and Cottonwood Street. The subject was identified as Thomas Hensley, a 48-year-old Woodland resident. As officers spoke to Hensley he displayed objective signs of intoxication and was determined to be unable to care for his welfare. Hensley was placed under arrest and began making threats of physical violence against officers. Hensley was placed in a restraint device to prevent him from injuring himself and officers. Hensley was booked into the Yolo County Jail, where he was booked for 647(f) PC, public intoxication, and 69 PC, threatening an officer.

HOST made 79 contacts and offered services to 37 individuals, nine accepted services. HOST tagged 18 camps and cleaned up 13. HOST conducted 11 downtown patrols.
