Michigan’s game against Texas next week, pitting the defending national champion Wolverines against the national semifinalist Longhorns, has long been circled as a big matchup in the national college football landscape.

It’s so big that not one, but two network pregame shows will broadcast from the game. Michigan is No. 9 and Texas No. 4 entering the first week of the season.

ESPN’s popular “College GameDay” announced Saturday morning it will be in Ann Arbor on Sept. 7 for Michigan-Texas, which will air on FOX at noon.
