John David Coletta, Age 68, died in his home in Harrison Township on July 7, 2025 of natural causes. John is survived by his mother Ruth Moore Coletta of Naples, Florida; his brothers Michael, Stephen, Anthony, and numerous family members and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father Patrick J. Coletta and his son Anthony J. Coletta.

John graduated from Rochester Adams High School in Rochester, Michigan and the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas., He had a long and successful career at General Motors, working for GM in many different capacities. John was a dedicated practitioner of Martial Arts, winning several State Championships. John enjoyed his many aquariums and pets. He was a kind and loving man. John will be missed by his family, friends, and those he loved and who loved him. A private family gathering will be held in Florida.
