Resident of Saratoga

Daughter of Mary Delle and Col. I. G. Siemens (Bud). Born in St. Louis Mo, Pat was an "Army brat". Her family lived in Missouri, Alabama, Washington DC, Guam and Japan. Mary, Pat, and younger brother John were in California when Bud died in the Far East. Mary, a young widow, took the family to San Antonio Tx, a military town.

Pat graduated from Thomas Jefferson HS and The University of Texas Austin. After graduation, she spend 1 1/2 years teaching high school Art and English in Houston.

Time to see the World! Pat became a flight attendant with TWA in Kansas City, Mo and San Francisco. She left TWA to become a flight attendant supervisor with Flying Tigers.

Lots of travel and adventures! At a party in San Francisco, she met John Stewart Richardson. They married Dec. 22nd 1962. They lived in Santa Clara, Phoenix Az, and Palos Verdes. Pat taught Specialized Education in all those cities. She had gone to Graduate School at Incarnate Word to prepare her for this career. From Palos Verdes, Pat and John moved to Saratoga, Ca. In 1970 they welcomed their son, Jeffrey Scott Richardson. Jeff was and is a wonderful son to them. Pat and John enjoyed 58 1/2 years of marriage until John passed away in October of 2021. They traveled all over the World, many great cruises with friends and family. In 2001 they built a 2nd home at Mauna Kea, on the Big Island ofHawaii. They would spend 1/2 of the year there until they sold it in 2018. For years, Pat had a Christmas decoration business, Holiday Traditions, where she and many friends created Christmas treasures. Jeff graduated from Bellarmine, then USC. In 1996, Jeff married Christina Jo Neumann. Pat and John's wonderful grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Parker, and Benn became the focus of their lives.

The vacation of a lifetime was a family trip to Australia! Jeff, Christy and the grandkids were Pat and John's family. There were always dogs in their lives; from Joe, Suzie, Big Joe, Jack, Charlie, Abbi, and Pixie. Proceeding Pat in passing were her parents and loving brother, John Siemens. There will be a celebration of Pat's life in the near future.
