Jay Leno has opened up about how much he enjoys caring for his wife as she lives with dementia.

In a conversation on “In Depth With Graham Bensinger,” the former late-night host shared what life is like these days with his wife of 45 years, Mavis. Humor can be helpful, the comedian said of being a caregiver for someone with dementia.

“When you get married, you sort of take a vow: ‘Will I live up to this? Or will I be like a sleazy guy if something happens to my wife, I’m out banging the cashier at the mini mart?’ ” he said. “No, I didn’t. I enjoy the time with my wife. I go home, I cook dinner for her, watch TV and it’s OK.”

According to Leno, the couple does “basically what we did before, except now I have to feed her and do all those things.”

“But, I like it. I like taking care of her,” he said. “She’s a very independent woman, so I like that I’m needed.”

Leno applied for and was granted conservatorship over his wife’s estate last year.

Megan Thee Stallion drops big ‘no’ on hopeful rapper

Megan Thee Stallion is putting swirling rumors to bed.

After she incorporated back-to-back Slim Thug tracks into her weekend Coachella set as a tribute to her Houston roots, Slim Thug took it as Megan having a “crush” on him. But the “WAP” rapper wasted no time in letting him know there were no hidden messages behind the homage.

And what better way to get the message across than during her second set in the desert Sunday night.

As the beat dropped, inciting a big reaction from the crowd, what the entertainer said into the mic after halting a moment went viral:

“No Slim Thug, this don’t mean I want you. I just like your music, babe,” she said while dancing to Mike Jones’ “Still Tippin.”

Swift, Jackman could be subpoenaed in civil case

Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman could both be subpoenaed in the enduring legal battle between their close pal Blake Lively and her “It Ends With Us” director Justin Baldoni, whom she has accused of sexual harassment and a retaliatory smear campaign.

Swift, 35, was referenced in Baldoni’s $400 million defamation suit against Lively; her husband, Ryan Reynolds; and her publicist Leslie Sloane. Jackman, 56, co-starred with Reynolds, 48, in “Deadpool & Wolverine,” which dominated a swath of the box office last summer alongside “It Ends With Us.”

“Anyone that had any knowledge of this situation will be subpoenaed, no matter of their celebrity status,” one insider told People on Thursday.
