Contra Costa County firefighters work to extinguish a four-acre vegetation fire Pullman Avenue in Bay Point, Calif., on Monday, June 8, 2025. The fire started around 2:30 pm at the corner of Pullman Avenue and Fairview Avenue. ConFire says it scorched a total of 10 acres, and as of 3:30 p.m., fire crews were on the scene doing mop-up.
