Services have been set for an Evergreen Park man who died after the boat he was riding in capsized Saturday in a Michigan lake.

Rescue crews were called to the lake, which is east of Benton Harbor and St. Joseph, by a person who said his friends were fishing and had yelled for help.
The boat was found by rescuers in the southwest corner of the lake, about 75 yards from shore, and crews found the men nearby.
Novick's survivors include his wife, Eileen, son Robert J. Novick, and daughters Jeanene Levar, Natalie Brown and Beth Novick; sisters Carol Ann Novick and Mary Novick; brother Richard Novick and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews, according to the obituary. He was a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 73.
