Davidson enters facility for mental health care

Former “Saturday Night Live” star Pete Davidson has entered a wellness facility for mental health treatment, according to People magazine.

It’s unclear how long Davidson will be undergoing treatment, but he has already canceled a comedy show scheduled for Saturday in New York.

The 30-year-old actor and comedian has previously struggled with sobriety, borderline personality disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. According to ET, he’s been in rehab three times before, and the latest check-in comes shortly after his breakup with “Outer Banks” actress Madelyn Cline.

“Pete will often check himself into rehab to work on these issues. His friends and family have been supportive during this time,” a source told People.

Cardi B announces pregnancy, divorce filing

Cardi B is going to be a mom of three.

The Grammy winner announced Thursday that she’s expecting her third child and posted photos showing her belly to her Instagram page.

“I am so grateful to have shared this season with you,” she wrote in the caption. “You have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power.”

The announcement came the day Cardi B reportedly filed for divorce from Migos rapper Offset, with whom she shares two children, 6-year-old daughter Kulture and 2-year-old son Wave. It’s the second time she has filed for divorce from him.

While she did not directly address whether she and Offset have separated in her post, she did allude to changes in her life, writing, “With every ending comes a new beginning.”

Underwood will return to ‘American Idol’ as judge

Carrie Underwood will be the next singer to sit behind the judges table on “American Idol,” filling Katy Perry’s spot after her departure from the show in May.

Underwood, who rose to fame after she won the singing competition show in 2005, will return 20 years later as a judge for the season set to premiere this spring. She’s the first “American Idol” alum to become a judge.

In an emotional video announcing the new gig, she said, “I’m proud of everything that I was able to accomplish on the show, and I’m so proud of everything that I’ve accomplished since.”

Underwood will be joining Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie, who each have seven seasons of judging experience under their belts, for the franchise’s 23rd season.
