


Hearts Home Farms, a wedding venue in Hemet, is hosting two tribute band concerts in July and August, with a portion of the proceeds going to fund scholarships or grants for employees of local businesses sponsoring the events.
The July 26 event will feature the Eagles Ronstadt Experience, a tribute to the Eagles and Linda Ronstadt, and the Aug. 23 performers will be Ticket to Ride, a Beatles tribute band, according to Hearts Home Farms’ website.
Both events at the outdoor venue run from 6 to 9 p.m. and include dinner and dancing. Doors open one hour before each event.
Tickets are $60, available at heartshome.com/events or by calling 951-926-3343. Each event is limited to 250 guests.
For every 50 tickets sold, Hearts Home Farms plans to donate $1,000 to the business sponsoring the event, for scholarships or grants for its employees, according to a news release.
“We want to create something fun and meaningful,” Lawrence Shurtz, founder of Hearts Home Farms, said in the news release. “Our goal is to lift up the very people who keep our local businesses running and give back in a way that truly matters.”
Hearts Home Farms, at 32643 Highway 74, Hemet has been in business for 30 years and has sponsored more than 3,500 events, according to the news release.
