Connie Watson was born on October 26, 1936 in Oroville, CA to Alfred and Lena Watson. She passed away May 9, 2025 in Oroville, CA at the age of 88. After retiring from a successful career at Bank of America, Connie didn’t slow down for a moment. For more than 20 years, she was a cherished presence at Mary Lake-Thompson and a fixture in downtown Oroville.<br><br>With her signature style and the best head of hair, Connie brought strong opinions, a sharp wit, and a love for Bud Light and trips to the casino.<br><br>Connie is survived by many friends she considered family. She spent many holidays and celebrations in Gridley. She is preceded in death by her best friend Beverly Fridrich. A celebration of life will be held July 10th from 4-7 at Feather Falls Casino in the Table Mountain Room.<br><div><br></div>
