With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, who departed this life peacefully on June 30, 2025;held in the love and grace of those closest to her. Her journey was marked by immense courage, most notably through her long and valiant battle with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). She met each day with quiet resilience, an unshakable spirit and a strength that humbled and inspired all who knew our Mom. Despite the challenges she faced, She never allowed illness to define her. Instead, She lived with dignity, humor, and unwavering love and loyalty to her family. Her Legacy is one of compassion, perseverance, and a fierce dedication to those she held dear. She leaves behind Her long time companion of 26 years William Garner of Oxford MI and Her two sons Johnny Nicholson of Oxford and Jason Coward (Theresa Coward) of Bay City. She also leaves behind her Sister Jeannie (John) of Oxford, Nephew Richie Garrett (Heather Garrett, Peyton, Noah and Emily), Niece Shawna Carpenter (Gianna and Tristen), Grandson Kemal Wiesdorfer (Emi Weisdorfer), and other relatives and countless friends who will carry forward her memory - her gentle wisdom, her warm smile, and her unbreakable spirit.
