Age 73 of West St. Paul, MN Passed away peacefully on January 3rd, 2025. Joe was a devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend. Joe loved spending time in the outdoors whether it be fishing in the BWCA, tending to his flowers at home, or watching his grandchildren play in the backyard. He will forever be remembered for his big heart, endless kindness and optimistic attitude. Everyone loved Joe. He is survived by his daughters Jennifer (Ryan) Dick and Laura (TJ) Kammer; his beloved grandchildren, Audrey, Everett, and Nolan Dick; his siblings Patricia (Terry) Comstock, John Perkovich, Rick Perkovich, and Diane (Frank) Hanzal; his beloved dog Gracie and his grand puppies Lucy and Maggie; along with his adored nieces, nephews and their children.<br><br>Joe is preceded in death by his beautiful wife Pamela Perkovich; his parents Madelene and Joseph Perkovich, and his sister Jean Troje.<br><br>Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, on Friday, January 10th, 2025 at Church of the Assumption, 51 7th St. W., St. Paul, MN. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am. A luncheon will be held at the church after mass.<div></div><br>
