76ers guard Ben Simmons likely will be out for extended period of time because of a nerve issues in his lower back.

The All-Star played just a few minutes in Saturday’s loss to the Bucks before leaving with the injury. He will undergo daily treatment for his nerve impingement and be evaluated in two weeks.

ESPN reported Tuesday that it’s unlikely Simmons will be able to return to the lineup at the two-week mark.

The 76ers are 36-22 as they head down the stretch without one of their best players. They’re 27-2 but just 9-20 on the road — and leave this week for a four-game West Coast trip that starts Sunday.

Simmons, 23, is averaging 16.7 points, 7.8 rebounds and 8.2 assists.

Shake Milton started at point guard for Simmons in Monday’s victory over the Hawks. Shooting guard Josh Richardson also played the point and both players will be needed again when the 76ers play Wednesday in Cleveland.

Clippers end skid: Kawhi Leonard scored 25 points, Montrezl Harrell added 22 and the Clippers snapped a three-game losing streak with a 124-97 victory over the Grizzlies on Monday night in Los Angeles.

Leonard had 14 points in the first quarter as the Clippers took a 40-14 lead.

Leonard finished with eight rebounds in 25 minutes over three quarters.

The Grizzlies lost their third straight.
