Native of Santa Cruz, California

Jeff was a lifelong resident of Santa Cruz County. He was born at Community Hospital of Santa Cruz to Dexter and Maris Rogers on November 25,1970 and passed away suddenly on November 24, 2024.

He attended Green Acres Elementary School, Del Mar Middle School, Soquel High School and Cabrillo College. Jeff was a proud member of the Soquel High football team that won SCCAL in 1988.

Jeff was a devoted family man, avid golfer, football fan, and skilled electrical contractor. He lived life with passion and enthusiasm, had a loving, kind and generous heart, and a wonderful sense of humor. Jeff’s pride and joy was his family. He was a cherished member of the Spring Hills golf community. Jeff was known for his hard work, professionalism and left a lasting impression on all those he worked with.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Denise Rogers, and his adoring daughter Hannah Rogers. Jeff was proceeded in death by his beloved son Jacob Rogers. He is also survived by his mother Maris Azevedo, father and step mother Dexter Rogers and Debbie Creach, brother Greg Azevedo, and many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Jeff was also preceded in death by his grandparents William and Norene Faler and Dana and Helen Rogers.

The celebration of life will be held at Twin Lakes Church, Aptos, CA., Jan 18, 2025 at 11:00am.
