Age 94, passed away on October 5, 2024. Preceded in death by parents, Leo and Clara (neé Lux); wife, Mary Ann (neé Koller). Survived by sons, Thomas (Terri), Paul (Mary); daughter, Ann Maria (Scott) Nelson; six grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Dick was a graduate of St. Rose of Lima grade school, active charter member of St. Rose of Lima Parish, originator of parish Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel, graduate of Cretin High School class of ’47, St. Thomas College class of ’51, Korean Army Veteran, two year president of Catholic Defense League, retired as president and owner of Houck Motor Coach Advertising.<br><br>Dick loved his family, friends, and Church. He spent many hours in the beloved Adoration Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Thursday, October 10 at MATERNITY OF MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1414 N. Dale St., St. Paul.
