The University of Colorado Boulder College of Music will begin weekly faculty musical performances starting with a jazz ensemble Tuesday. Shows are free with donations accepted and available for viewing in-person at Grusin Music Hall at 1020 18th St., or via livestream. Boulder council hearing on Reimagine Policing Plan
Boulder City Council will meet Thursday to hold a public hearing on the Reimagine Policing Plan, hear updates on inclusionary housing and the intergovernmental agreement with the Boulder Public Library District, and consider adopting an anti-discrimination resolution supporting the LGBTQ+ community. The meeting will run from 6 to 10:30 p.m. in the Penfield Tate II Municipal Building, 1777 Broadway, and will be livestreamed at bit.ly/46PXh2F. Coach Prime’s home debut
The Colorado Buffaloes football team welcomes the Nebraska Cornhuskers to a sold-out Folsom Field on Saturday morning in what is expected to be a raucous environment harkening back to the days when the teams were Big 12 rivals, as head coach Deion Sanders makes his regular season home debut. With kickoff slated for 10 a.m. MT, the game will be nationally televised on Fox as the network’s Big Noon Kickoff event.
