Born to Charles and Mildred Ford in San Bernardino, CA on May 31,1929. She married the love of her life, John B. Hoak on November 1, 1944 and raised their family in San Bernardino.

Besides being a homemaker, she also helped run the family business of Hoak Brothers Plating for many years.

She enjoyed camping, traveling, and attending Eisenhower HS football games.

She is survived by her sons John (Nancy), Tom (Terri), Don (Karen), Tim (Sue), and Pat (Gayle) Mac Kenzie along with 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

The family will be holding a private celebration of life.
