Miles Kelly hit a go-ahead 3-pointer with 30 seconds remaining and Johni Broome had 16 points and 13 rebounds as No. 1 Auburn extended its winning streak to 11 games with a 53-51 win over No. 6 Tennessee on Saturday night in Auburn, Alabama.

The Tigers (18-1, 6-0 SEC) were held to their lowest point total of the season by Tennessee’s physical defense..

Tennessee had a chance to take the lead in the final seconds, but a 3-point try the Vols’ Zakai Zeigler missed the mark.

Zeigler had 14 points, six rebounds and five assists to lead the Volunteers (17-3, 4-3).

NO. 2 DUKE 63, WAKE FOREST 56: Star freshman Cooper Flagg had 24 points, seven rebounds and six assists as the visiting Blue Devils pushed past the Demon Deacons.

Fellow freshman Kon Knueppel had 15 points for Duke (17-2, 9-0 Atlantic Coast Conference), who missed its first 13 shots after halftime and went 1 for 19 through the first 12 minutes of the second half.

Juke Harris scored 14 points to lead Wake Forest (15-5, 7-2).

NO. 3 IOWA STATE 76, ARIZONA STATE 61: Curtis Jones scored 33 points, Keshon Gilbert had seven of his 12 during a key run and the visiting Cyclones (17-2, 7-1 Big 12) pulled away late for a win over the Sun Devils.

Adam Miller had 13 points to lead Arizona State (11-8, 2-6), which hit one field goal over the final 6:39.

NO. 4 ALABAMA 80, LSU 73: Aden Holloway scored 19 points and Mouhamed Dioubate added 14 as the host Crimson Tide (17-3, 6-1 SEC) survived a scoreless night from their top scorer for a win over the Tigers.

Alabama guard Mark Sears, the SEC’s leading scorer at 19 points per game, did not play in the second half after going scoreless on 0-for-5 shooting in the first half.

Jordan Sears scored 21 points to lead LSU (12-7, 1-5).

NO. 5 FLORIDA 89, GEORGIA 59: Alijah Martin and Walter Clayton Jr. scored 17 points apiece and the host Gators (18-2, 5-2 SEC) dominated the Bulldogs, extending Florida’s winning streak in the series to 12.

Georgia leading scorer and rebounder Asa Newell finished with eight points on 4-of-14 shooting and six boards.

NO. 7 HOUSTON 92, NO. 12 KANSAS 86, 2OT: J’Wan Roberts scored 24 points, including six in two overtime periods and the visiting Cougars beat the Jayhawks.

Houston (16-3, 8-0 Big 12) got 18 from Mylik Wilson and 17 points, nine rebounds and nine assists from Milos Uzan.

Kansas (14-5, 5-3) was led by Flory Bidunga with 19 points and Hunter Dickinson with 17.

NO. 8 MICHIGAN STATE 81, RUTGERS 74: Freshman guard Jase Richardson scored a career-high 20 points and the visiting Spartans (17-2, 8-0 Big Ten) rolled to their 12th consecutive victory, beating the Scarlet Knights at Madison Square Garden.

Jordan Derkack scored 26 points off the bench for Rutgers (10-10, 3-6).

VANDERBILT 74, NO. 9 KENTUCKY 69: Tyler Nickel’s 3-pointer with 1:50 left put Vanderbilt ahead to stay as the host Commodores upset a Top 10 team on their home court for a second straight Saturday by beating the Wildcats

Vanderbilt fans stormed the court again after the win, a repeat from a week ago when the Commodores (16-4, 4-3 Southeastern Conference) knocked off No. 6 Tennessee.

Jason Edwards led Vanderbilt with 18 points.

Otega Oweh led the Wildcats (14-5, 3-3) with 21 points and 12 rebounds.

WOMEN

NO. 6 UCONN 72, CREIGHTON 61: Sarah Strong had her fifth double-double of the season with 26 points and 12 rebounds, Paige Bueckers scored 22 points and the visiting Huskies beat the Bluejays in a battle for the Big East lead.

UConn (19-2, 10-0) won its ninth straight and 30th in a row in Big East regular-season play.

Morgan Maly and Molly Mogensen each scored 14 points to lead Creighton (16-4, 8-1).

COLORADO 63, NO. 10 KANSAS STATE 53: Frida Formann scored 14 points, Jade Masogayo had three big blocks in the fourth quarter and the host Buffaloes held off the Wildcats, snapping their 14-game winning streak. Colorado (13-6, 4-4 Big 12) is now 2-2 against teams in the AP Top 25 this season.

Serena Sundell scored 13 points for Kansas State (19-2, 7-1).
