Fourth of July festivities in Marin

• Novato’s Fourth of July parade begins at 10 a.m. Friday on Grant Avenue in downtown Novato. The parade is preceded by a “Buckaroo Breakfast” hosted by the Presbyterian Church of Novato to raise funds for North Marin Community Services from 7 to 10 a.m. at the Redwood Credit Union parking lot at 1010 Grant Ave. in Novato. • The Corte Madera/Larkspur Fourth of July Festival kicks off with a parade at 10:30 a.m. Friday beginning at Redwood High School in Larkspur and ending at the Corte Madera Town Center, followed by food, games, entertainment and more at the Corte Madera Town Center from 1 to 4:30 p.m. The festival is preceded by a flag raising at 7:45 a.m. and a pancake breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. at the American Legion Hall at 500 Magnolia Ave. in Larkspur.
