An article stated to discuss money before marriage. Even though I agree with the writer of that article, I would like to also state that most people are living from paycheck to paycheck, so the discussion may go this way: “I bring home a certain amount every week (or two weeks). Yes, I have credit cards, but they are under control. When we get married, we need to split the bills. If anything is left over, we can save a few dollars toward a vacation. Honey, you know I love you, but everything takes time.”

What is wrong with some of these restaurants that don’t open on time? I went to a local restaurant recently to have breakfast, but whoever was supposed to open up in the morning wasn’t there. Does anybody care about a restaurant being open on time? I think this restaurant needs to hire new cooks and new waitresses who can get the operation going first thing in the morning. Where was the manager at? Isn’t she or he supposed to open the restaurant in the morning? I guess not.
When the price for a barrel of oil goes down, why does the price for gasoline still stay high? It won’t do any good to complain to politicians. They’re just as crooked as the ones who are making all the money on gas and oil.
Happy Father’s Day to all fathers.
