The Petaluma Educational Foundation, which annually provides thousands in financial support to students across the city, is now taking scholarship applications “for all members of the Class of 2026.”

“The PEF online scholarship application portal is now open for all members of the Class of 2026 attending any of the seven Petaluma area high schools,” the group said Tuesday. Those schools are Petaluma High, Casa Grande High, St. Vincent College Prep, San Antonio High, Sonoma Mountain High, Carpe Diem High, Valley Oaks High and Headwaters Academy.

Applications are open to any students from those schools “looking to pursue further education at 2-year colleges, 4-year colleges, and vocational/training programs.”

According to the release, for the Class of 2025, PEF presented $300,020 in scholarships to 276 students. The group says it has awarded more than $5 million in scholarships since its start in 1990.
