Dr. Owen Booker Towery III, affectionately known as O.B., passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025, at the age of 79. He was a kind-hearted and hardworking man, whose comforting presence brought peace to all he met. As a gifted psychiatrist, O.B. dedicated his career to aiding others with compassion and wisdom, touching countless lives with his intelligence and warmth. Graduating from the University of Virginia, he was a lifelong learner.

An exceptional father and grandfather, he is survived by his wife Michele, his children Kate, Jacob, and Alex, siblings Judy, Sara, David, Mark, Tim, and seven grandchildren, Brooks, James, Palmer, Will, Bryce, Zach and Hailey. O.B.'s legacy of kindness and love will endure. Celebrations of life will be held on May 9, 1-3pm at Lafayette Park Hotel in California, and November in Virginia.
