Died peacefully at her home on March 30, 2024, under the loving care of her children.<br><br>Kathy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, Dave, along with her parents, Harold and Catherine Rafter. She is survived by her children, Mary Kay (Chip), Carol (Dale), Rich (Cindy), and Dan, as well as six grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.<br><br>She is also survived by her sister, Susan (Rafter) Irber, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.<br><br>A private family funeral for Kathy was held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church and burial followed at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights, MN.<div></div><br>
