Age 30, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at the University of MN Medical Center. Born July 21, 1994, in Maplewood, MN, Thomas was the son of Dominic (Nick) Palumbo and Amanda Connolly.

Thomas was unforgettable—witty, and warm with his beautiful blue eyes and charming Irish-Italian smile. He was a beacon of kindness and he created genuine connections, with humans and animals alike. He was a loyal friend, always willing to help anyone, often putting others’ needs before his own.

He enjoyed creating memorable experiences while ice fishing, camping, playing cards, attending concerts, sporting events, and comedy shows. Thomas felt most at ease hanging out with friends and family or relaxing at home watching movies.

His greatest passion was cooking, always looking for new ways to perfect the Palumbo family spaghetti sauce recipe. Thomas could spend an entire day in the kitchen creating amazing meals for those he loved.

In addition to his loving parents Amanda Connolly and Nick and Stephanie Palumbo, Thomas is survived by his adoring sisters Gianna and Lucy Palumbo; grandparents Tom & Jane Connolly, Tom & Jan Palumbo, and Robert Toth; aunts Andrea Dees (Derek) and Kelly LaMotte (Jordan); uncle, Adam Connolly (Heather Behr); and an extended number of great aunts, great uncles, cousins and second cousins.

Thomas is preceded in death by his grandmother Sharon Murphy Toth; great-grandparents Tom &Kate Kane and Dolores Schwartz; and his beloved Belgian Malinois, Red.

Thomas was a rare gift, and his presence blessed all who knew him.

His loss is immeasurable, and his absence will be deeply felt by many.

He leaves behind alegacy of love and friendship that will endure in the hearts of those he touched.

We love you, T. While your physical presence is missed beyond measure, we find solace knowing we will see you again one day in heaven.
