



The Roseville Panthers took control of the Macomb Area Conference Gold on Tuesday night when they defeated the St. Clair Saints, 46-41.
The teams entered the game both with one loss in the Gold, meaning the Panthers have taken a hold of first place for the time being. Meko Barbee led all scorers with 20 points along with four rebounds, and Keyonna Scorpio was a machine on the glass with 15 points and 17 rebounds.
St. Clair was led by 18 points by Gracie Pickelhaupt.

COUSINO 61, STEVENSON 56: The Patriots avoided the close loss thanks to 27 points from Nic Farr and 20 by Brandon Cade. The Titans were powered by Sam Kashat’s 22.
AUSTIN CATHOLIC 55, LANDMARK 43: Seniors Chase Bourdic (20 points) and Michael Dornoff (17) paced Austin Catholic.
DAKOTA 65, GROSSE POINTE SOUTH 47: Arnez Sanders had 15 points and Brayden Lee scored 13 to wrap up Dakota’s regular season with a win.
AUSTIN CATHOLIC 64, NEW HAVEN MERRITT 36: Michael Dornoff led all scorers for Austin Catholic, scoring 25 points. Matt Hayden chipped in 11.
MICHIGAN MATH & SCIENCE 41, LUTHERAN NORTHWEST 20: Elijah Brown reached the 100 steals in a season milestone as Elijah Harris’ 14 points and 11 rebounds led the way in the win.

ST. CLAIR 52, WARREN WOODS TOWER 24: Claire Russell led the way for the Saints, scoring 20 points.
FORD II 66, FITZGERALD 19: All 12 of Ford’s players scored, with Anayya Davis (14 points, five rebounds, five assists) leading the way. Emily Leusby and Claire O’Brien each had 10 points.
ARMADA 60, IMLAY CITY 42: The Tigers got the big BWAC win behind 17 points from Valeria Ricossa, 16 from Claire Sniesak and 10 points by Ashlyn Upton.
DAKOTA 62, RIVER ROUGE 33: Meadow Cameron led the way for Dakota with 16 points, five rebounds and five steals. Brooklyn Garavaglia added 12 points, five assists and six steals.
MARYSVILLE 47, STEVENSON 27: Ryan and Kendal Quain combined to score 25 points and lead Marysville in the victory. Hannah Tamou scored 13 for the Titans.
FRASER 50, PORT HURON NORTHERN 31: Brynn Norbeck’s 18 points were a high for Fraser, with Francesca Sines adding 12.
COUSINO 48, UTICA 35: Demaya Asberry stuffed the stat sheet, getting 21 points, 12 rebounds and six steals for Cousino. Charlotte Martin contributed 10 points and six rebounds.
ARMADA 54, NORTH BRANCH 40: Valeria Ricossa (18), Ashlyn Upton (17) and Claire Sniesak (14) all combined to help the Tigers pull off the win.
FORD II 55, COUSINO 40: The middle two quarters were key for Ford, who out-scoring the Patriots 27-11 in the second and third. Anayya Davis led with 16 points and seven assists, Tyra Wright had 13 points and Emily Leusby had 12 points and seven rebounds. Cousino was led by Demaya Asberry’s 14 and Maggie Stadler’s 11.

L’ANSE CREUSE NORTH 100, CHIPPEWA VALLEY 81: The Crusaders won the meet with event victories from the 200 medley relay team of Kale Smith, Evan Detrick, Kacen Lehl and Nick Redmerski (1:57.96); Seth Gehrke in the 200 freestyle (2:05.37) and 100 freestyle (56.96); Nick Redmerski in the 50 freestyle (24.44) and 100 butterfly (1:04.84); Nick Vaughn in the 500 freestyle (5:50.87) and the 200 freestyle relay team of Kale Smith, Jayden Romanow, Sam Johnson and Gehrke (1:45.25).
Chippewa Valley swimmers won events, including Seth Durak in the 200 IM (2:27.44); Hector Gascho in the 1 meter dive (145.10); Kenny Bulgrin in the 100 backstroke (1:08.63); James Eldred in the 100 breaststroke (1:15.52) and the 400 freestyle relay team of Bulgrin, Keith Ashby, Durak and Christian Szpynda (4:21.30).
