Space leased to Salvation Army
Colliers Detroit has leased 13,065 square feet of retail space at for the Salvation Army to move their location from across the street. The details of the lease were not disclosed in the news release. The newly leased building is located at 66090 — 66082 Van Dyke Avenue in Washington Township and the Salvation Army is reported to take residence there in June 2025.
