Drug arrest: On Sept. 22 at 1?05 a.m., an officer received notification from a license plate reader (LPR) of a stolen license plate on a vehicle. The officer initiated an enforcement stop and contacted the driver by W. Cross Street, identified as Steven Campbell, a 25-year-old Rancho Cordova resident. Officers saw paraphernalia in the car. A search revealed a useable amount of methamphetamine as well. Campbell was released with a notice to appear for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

Drug arrest: On Sept. 23 at around 1:29 a.m., an officer saw a suspicious vehicle occupied by a male in the area of closed businesses near Harter Avenue and Commerce Avenue. The officer contacted the driver, identified as Victor Galindo-Olvera, a 36 year-old Woodland resident. Galindo-Olvera was on searchable probation. A search revealed a useable amount of methamphetamine and a glass pipe. Galindo-Olvera was released with a notice to appear for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

Shoplifting arrest: On Sept. 23 at around 6:39 p.m., employees at a business near the 1200 block of E. Gibson Road reported shoplifting in progress. Officers identified a 55-year-old West Sacramento resident David Rosenblum as the suspect. He was contacted and detained. Rosenblum had been told earlier in the day by employees not to return. Rosenblum returned, changed his clothes in the store, and stole items. Rosenblum was arrested and booked into the Yolo County Jail for shoplifting.

Stolen property recovery: On Sept. 26 at around 2:23 a.m., a citizen from Davis called to report their Segway electric scooter had been stolen and GPS was showing it was in Woodland. The scooter had been reported stolen to UC Davis Police. Officers located the scooter abandoned in the 500 block of North East Street. The suspect was not identified; however, the scooter was returned to the owner.

HOST made 75 contacts and offered services to 39 individuals; 11 accepted services. HOST tagged 26 camps and cleaned up 10. HOST conducted 19 downtown patrols.
