Happy 41st Birthday Rob!<br><br>You said in your journal that you were going to "make a difference" and you continue to do that in so many ways. You still inspire the scientists of tomorrow at your beloved Iowa State and Cretin-Derham Hall.<br><br>Your friends are now young adults but they are still together and still so accepting and respectful of each other.<br><br>They always tell us that your influence is one of the reasons why.
