San Bernardino County

Restaurant: Tacos Lucas, 18681 Valley Blvd., Bloomington

Closed: March 28

Reason: Plumbing in disrepair

IHOP at 34031 Date Palm Drive, Cathedral City, which was ordered closed March 27 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen Monday.
