The following arrests were made recently by local police departments. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Massachusetts’ privacy law prevents police from releasing information involving domestic and sexual violence arrests with the goal to protect the alleged victims.

• Jason Rodriguez, 40, 39 Loring St., Lowell; warrant (probation violation), possession of Class A drug.

• Joshua Bishop-Sullivan, 36, Woburn; warrant (probation violation), possession of Class A drug.

• Michael Dumas, 35, 9 Oakridge Ave., Tyngsboro; warrant.

• Pedro Ressy, 27, homeless; warrant, shoplifting.

• Ronald McGaunn, 55, 88 First St., Apt. B, Lowell; possession of dangerous weapon (knife), resisting arrest, breaking and entering at night with intent to commit felony.

• Michael Picardi, 37, homeless; warrant (failure to appear for possession of Class B drug).

• Carlos Hernandez, 54, 435 Smith St., Apt. 1, Lowell; warrants (failure to appear for drug distribution, trespassing, larceny under $1,200, and malicious damage to motor vehicle).

• Ronald Comtois, 38, 305 Turnpike St., Unit 11, South Easton; warrant.

• Eliud Hernandez, 45, 38 Pinehill St., Lowell; warrants (failure to appear for assault and battery with dangerous weapon, drug distribution, two counts trespassing, leaving scene of property damage accident, and possession of Class A drug).

• Brittney Elwell, 28, 160 Father Morissette Blvd., Unit B, Lowell; warrant (larceny under $1,200), possession of Class A drug with intent to distribute, possession of Class B drug with intent to distribute.
