Takeoff’s mother files suit against bowling alley

The mother of Migos rapper ‘Takeoff’ is suing the Houston bowling alley where her son was gunned down in 2022. Titania Davenport filed a wrongful death lawsuit seeking over $1 million in damages from 810 Billiards & Bowling, reports NBC News. The damages include funeral expenses, as well as lost earning capacity and emotional suffering, according to court files at Harris County District Court. The lawsuit was reportedly filed Wednesday. Davenport argues the bowling alley did not provide sufficient security or screening procedures for the event.
