Resident of Cupertino

Jill Josephine Conway went to be with family and friends on March 7th. Born in England and then immigrating to the United States in 1956, Jill was aforce to be reckoned with. She was independent, confident and full of spirit. An animal lover at heart, she had many pets over the years and cared for several more wild animals that visited her beautiful yard every day.

Jill spent more than a career in medical records. Working for both Kaiser and El Camino Hospitals for over 45 years, she was organized and knowledgeable. At Kaiser she was a medical transcription supervisor and at El Camino she worked the intake desk in the ER. She made many lifelong friends through her professional contacts and cherished those relationships long into retirement.

Jill is survived by her son, Shannon (Beth); daughter, Amy Monahan (Chris); grandchildren Ethan (Kate), Abby, Ryan, Grace and Emma; great grandchildren, Christian and Catalina; her birds, Bomber and Peggy and many more family members in the United States and England.

A private celebration is planned for Jill, but nothing would make her happier than you supporting her lifelong charity, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, at www.stjude.org.
