Preserve, located at 200 Railroad Ave. in Winters, is excited to announce its new concert series, Winters Live, featuring live music and snacks at the historic Winters Opera House, running from March 29 to November 8.
This premier concert series will feature 11 additional spectacular performances, for a total of 14, transforming the 1876 landmark into Winters Live—a vibrant tribute concert venue offering reserved table seating, general admission seats, and dedicated standing and dancing areas.
Sara Ogando, owner of Preserve, shared that the idea for Winters Live originated after she and her husband sought to bring more live music to Winters and discovered the Opera House to be the ideal venue.
“The idea began because we [my husband and I, as the owners of Preserve] wanted to bring more live music to Winters,” she said. “The historic Winters Opera House serves as the perfect venue for this. Our friend Paul Stitch made our aspirations attainable when we partnered with him to create Winters Live. He brings along his knowledge of live music from his days of working for Bill Graham at the Paramount Theatre in Oakland.”
Sara shares that guests can expect great classic rock tribute bands in a historic setting, accompanied by a fun, lively energy and tasty drinks and snacks, all specially prepared by Preserve chefs.
“Our chef at Preserve creates light snacks from the Preserve kitchen for guests to snack on, such as our jalapeno jelly, charcuterie boards, and dessert. We also offer some of our popular signature drinks from the Preserve cocktail menu, such as our Old Fashioneds. Our beer and wine selections highlight our local wineries and breweries,” Ogando said.

“We are thrilled to present this incredible lineup of musicians in Winters,” said Paul Stich, the Winters Live music series promoter. “This concert series offers live music lovers the chance to relive the energy and nostalgia of their favorite bands in an intimate, historic setting.”
Ogando mentioned that the opening acts have had a great turnout, as she hopes to spread the word about this event further and invite more people to come.“Overall, we were very pleased with the turnout of both concerts,” Ogando said. “The bands were great, the audience was singing, dancing, and smiling, and it was amazing to feel the energy the concert brought forth into the Opera House. Both concerts were nearly sold out and filled with familiar faces of patrons of Preserve and local Winters residents. Now, we focus our goals of spreading the word outside of our town of Winters so we can share this experience with guests near and far.”
Ticket prices range from $20 to $50, depending on the band. They will offer two tiers of tickets: general admission and table seating.
