Resident of Concord & Lodi 

Born to Virginia & Allen Richard McMains, Kathleen lived a rich life full of curiosity, humor, and love. She adored raising 3 children with her beloved husband of 61 years, Bill. Deeply valuing community, they joined the Young Republicans in the 60’s, the Contra Costa Historical Society, the John Marsh Historic Trust, and the San Francisco Naval Order. She loved working at Neditch Home Improvement and in retirement, traveled the world. She left a legacy of adventure, often gathering friends &family in Maui.

Kathleen is survived by Bill, husband & steadfast caregiver as she endured dementia, children Ron (Diana) Mero, Alyssa (Randal) Oliver, & Bryan Mero.

She leaves 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 1 niece, 3 great nieces & nephews. Beloved siblings Eileen (McMains) High & Allen McMains II preceded her in death. Her celebration of life is 3/14/26 at Discover Church, 760 S. Ham Lane, Lodi, 2pm -4pm.
